  • Rollover Privileges - Members may rollover any unused services up to 3 months. 

  • Referral Rewards: Bring a friend who is new to Ease, and they get 30% OFF their first treatment! You will get $15 OFF from your membership.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • Minimum join for six (6) months

  • Cancelable at any time after 6 months of membership

  • Membership fee billed on the 1st day of each month

  • May roll over unused Membership Treatment up to 3 months. Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership

  • Can not be combined with any other offers, promotions or gift certificates

  • Non-transferable and Non-refundable 

  • No cash value

  • Membership freeze option: A membership may be frozen for two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time.

  • 24-hour advance notice is required on any appointment reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charge.

  • Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services

  • Ease Wellness Medspa must be notified about any changes in contact information and/or credit card information.

  • Ease Wellness Medspa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.​
