We at Ease Wellness Group are committed to supporting our local communities and showing our love and care, especially during the time of crisis; our members have donated the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to our local hospital, so that our healthcare workers on the front lines can use them to save lives and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Follow the NYC guidelines, Ease Wellness Medspa has reopened on July 7th, 2020. Now is a time for us to work together!
We have been following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and implementing Covid-19 Safety Protocols and preventative measures with regard to social distancing practices, expanded sanitizing and disinfection protocols of our spa to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Continually keep Ease Wellness Medspa a safe, compliant and healthy environment. We do need your support and help us to protect you, our clients and our staff!

COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

SOCIAL DISTANCING​
-
We space the all appointments out to minimize the number of clients. We have been doing sanitization and disinfection Before and After each client, as well as keeping the client's social distance.

We have put Space Dividers to separate our front desk and client's waiting area; our waiting room will be limited to 2 people, and all social distancing guidelines will be strictly followed.

All clients must practice social distancing and sit six feet away from each other, we have NYS guidelines on how to ‘Stop the Spread Poster’ onsite for guidance.
SANITIZING & CLEANING PROTOCOLS ​
We use Ultraviolet disinfection lights in each treatment room after services, and leave them on in the lobby and restroom during the after-hours; and mitigate risk from viruses, bacteria and germs. Studies have shown that the sanitizing effects of UV light can be used against viruses, bacteria and germs because of its high frequency.
All surfaces at the front desk, waiting area and treatment rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with both Alcohol and hospital-grade disinfectant throughout the day, including check-in counter, chairs, water dispenser, treatment beds, doorknobs, light switches, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, equipment and Etc.

For ventilation, all windows and doorways will be left open throughout our hours of operation
EMPLOYEE HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES​

All staff must wear masks at all times

All technicians will be required to wear disposable masks and gloves during the treatments. .

All staff are required to have temperature read before entering to start their shifts. Anyone who has symptoms will be asked to seek medical care immediately, and self-quarantine until symptom free for at least 14 days;.

Treatment rooms, equipment and any non-disposable tools will be cleaned and disinfected in-between each client with both Alcohol and hospital-grade disinfectant.
HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT​

All clients must wear a mask in order to enter the spa, and must keep your mask on during the treatment, if you don’t have a mask, we will provide you one.

Clients will no longer be allowed to bring your friends and families to your appointment due to social distance restriction and capacity limitation.

The installed hand sanitizing station is available at spa, we request each client immediately sanitize your hands upon arrival prior to checking in.

If you have a fever over 100.4 degrees fahrenheit, a cough, or any respiratory symptoms, or have had close contact with someone with symptoms, please reschedule your appointment before 24 hours, and seek medical attention immediately.

For New clients who need to sign treatment waivers, we will send you a link and advise you to sign on your own computer or mobile device before arriving at your appointment, and ensure the health and safety.

To follow Social Distancing Protocols strictly, we kindly ask you to exit the treatment room immediately once the service is complete.
Once your appointment is scheduled with Ease Wellness Medspa, you will receive an email reminder prior to your appointment. We kindly ask you to confirm that you are currently healthy and be able to come to our facility for your appointment.
